Accessing EAS

To access the EAS portal, you can use one of the following options:

  • EAS credentials (user ID and password)

  • Single Sign On (SSO)

  • eSign

Logging in with a user ID and password

  1. Make sure you have your EAS credentials ready.

  2. Open your favorite browser and enter the https://eas.retarus.com URL.
    → The EAS Login page opens.

  3. Enter your User ID and password and select Login.
    → The EAS homepage opens.

Logging in via SSO

You can choose to log in to the EAS portal using Single Sign-On (SSO). This method allows you to use one password to access both your Windows system and the EAS portal simultaneously, which is more convenient and saves time. When you log on to Windows, you're automatically logged on to EAS through Active Directory. If you leave the company, your access is simply removed from Active Directory.

SSO uses a technology called SAML 2.0 to provide secure sign-in. You verify your identity through an identity provider. When using SSO, the traditional EAS portal login is replaced by a unique EAS portal URL specific to your company, such as https://<company name>-eas.retarus.com.
