Accessing EAS

To access the EAS portal, you can use one of the following options:

• EAS credentials (user ID and password)

• eSign

• Single Sign On (SSO)

📌 SSO Access

Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality is available only when the EAS portal has been integrated with your organization's Identity Management System (IMS). Each customer organization with SSO enabled will have a unique dedicated URL in the following format:

https://eas.retarus.com/go/saml/request/portal/[customerNumber]/

Here, [customerNumber] represents the customer number assigned by Retarus.

Logging in with a user ID and password

1. Make sure you have your EAS credentials ready.

2. Open your favorite browser and enter the https://eas.retarus.com URL.
   → The EAS Login page opens.

   

3. Enter your User ID and password and select Login.
   → The EAS homepage opens.
