Store faxes via S3
The “Store via S3” option on the More actions menu allows customers to store faxes via S3 (Simple Storage Service).
S3 enables Retarus to easily push faxes to the customers' storage with minimal implementation time and effort.
Before implementing S3, the output channel under Settings and Integrations must first be added. Additionally, it requires coordination for implementation and testing,
Three ways to store faxes via S3
While viewing the faxes on the main page of any folder:
By selecting one or multiple faxes
Click the checkbox next to all fax messages you want to store via S3. The fax action menu icons pops up. Click the More actions icon (). Select the Store via S3 option from the dropdown list.

Hover over the fax message to store via S3. Click the More actions icon (). The fax action menu icons pops up. Scroll down to select the Store via S3 option from the dropdown list.

Click to select a fax message in the current folder to preview. From the fax preview window, click the More actions icon (). The fax action menu icons pops up. Scroll down to select the Store via S3 option from the dropdown list.

Store one or multiple faxes via S3

Click the checkbox next to one or multiple fax messages you want to store via S3.
→ The fax action menu icons pops up.Click the More actions icon (
).
Click to select the Store via S3 option from the dropdown list.
→ The Store in S3 window opens.

Click to select the S3 bucket from the dropdown list where the faxes will be stored.
Click the Store in S3 button.
→ Retarus pushes the selected faxes to the customer's S3 storage bucket.
Store a fax via S3

Hover over the fax message to be stored via S3.
Click the More actions icon (
) next to the fax message.
→ The fax actions dropdown menu displays.Scroll down to select the Store via S3 option from the dropdown list.
→ The Store in S3 window opens.Click to select the S3 bucket from the dropdown list where the faxes will be stored.
Click the Store in S3 button.
→ Retarus pushes the selected faxes to the customer's S3 storage bucket.
Store a previewed fax via S3

Click to select and preview any fax message in the current folder view.
→ The fax opens in the document preview window on the right side of the screen.Click the More actions icon.
→ The fax actions dropdown menu displays.Click to select the Store via S3 option from the dropdown list.
→ The Store in S3 window opens.

Click to select the S3 bucket from the dropdown list where the faxes will be stored.
Click the Store in S3 button.
→ Retarus pushes the selected faxes to the customer's S3 storage bucket.
