Bounce & Response Manager

The Retarus Bounce and Response Manager adds the inbound channel to Retarus Transactional Email by allowing you to control, organize and define routing of all incoming email traffic, even for high email volumes. It is an add-on to Transactional Email for inbound emails that keeps out-of-office replies and hard bounces separate from legitimate customer inquiries to facilitate faster response and reply times.

All email replies to messages processed by Retarus Transactional Email and which receive an envelope from-address managed by Retarus can be managed by the Bounce and Response Manager. Email replies are checked for viruses, then automatically rewritten by Retarus Inbound Address Rewriting and forwarded to the customer.

An important technical requirement is that the inbound channel requires Envelope-From Address Rewriting or MX route to Retarus Email Security.
