CSV reporting

Retarus provides a daily dispatch report in CSV format on the EAS portal. The reports are available to the customer for collection. The CSV-file will be available for Download for 180 days. Only transactions that have a final status are recorded in the report. Transactions that are still being processed are not listed. The report can be split into several partial files and made available in compressed form (for example, in ZIP format). Note: Setting up a CSV report requires temporary data storage for the purpose of service fulfillment. The stored data contains information about message processing as well as personalized data, e.g. email addresses of senders and recipients.
