Retarus provides live monitoring in the myEAS portal, enabling you to track email delivery in real time. With this feature, you can identify trends in delivery performance, such as soft/hard bounces and dropped messages in email campaigns, and take appropriate actions.
📌 Deprecation notice
Live Monitoring was deprecated on 29 October 2025. We have recently introduced a significantly enhanced Transactional Email Dashboard, offering improved traffic monitoring capabilities. As a result, maintaining the Live Monitoring feature is no longer necessary.
