Email Live Search
The Email Live Search feature enables your help desk and IT department to provide more rapid support to your users and in analyzing how you can better secure your systems. The feature is accessible by clicking on Email Live Search in the EAS navigation menu.
Using Email Live Search, you can perform email research. After clicking on the Search button in the Email Live Search navigation menu, click on the respective Select button to perform the desired research.

With Email Research, you can locate outbound emails, including detailed status information for each email. Outbound Search can be utilized to find emails sent by users of your domain(s) and see detailed status information about each processing step within the Retarus Transactional Email infrastructure.
You can locate emails using the sender, the recipient, the Message ID, there Reference ID, Campaign ID, SMTP-Status Code, Application Source IP, Job ID, Cost Center or Technical Account as criteria. It is possible to utilize fragments, e.g., “info” or “inf” to locate info@retarus.de. Emails that match the search criteria are displayed directly below the search mask.
Once you click on the Details button for a result, you will see a detailed history for each email which contains both the meta-information- date, RMX ID, MTA ID, Sender/Recipient, and Source IP- as well as tracking information. If applicable, the profile name is displayed to facilitate rapid verification of user settings (e.g., profile-based block- or allowlists).
