Update a faxbox
Any admin with access to the faxbox can update the faxbox.
The Update → faxbox option is used to update or make changes to an existing faxbox.
The following faxbox details can be updated: faxbox name, faxbox description, faxbox owner, fax numbers, folders, user groups, and users.
To update or make changes to the faxbox:
Click the Settings icon on the main Retarus Fax Portal page.
→ The User management screen displays, shows any admins with access and lists the default group and any other groups that may have been previously created. The “User Management” screen opens, displaying existing admins and user groups.

Click the Faxbox configuration tab.
→ The Faxbox configuration screen displays the list of your available faxboxes.
→ Use the Update → option at the end of each faxbox listing to make changes to a faxbox.

Click Update → at the end of the faxbox listing that needs to be updated.
→ The Update Faxbox screen displays and allows you to update the following faxbox details: Faxbox name, Description, Faxbox owner, fax numbers, Folders, User Groups, and Users.

To update any of the fax details on the Update screen:
Scroll through the Update screen to get to the faxbox information that needs to be updated.
Enter the information that needs to be updated.
When all faxbox details have been updated:
Scroll to the top of the Update faxbox screen, click the Update button.
→ The “Faxbox updated” message displays in a black box at the bottom middle of the screen.
→ The updated information is saved and returns to the Faxbox configuration page.
