Update faxbox details such as the name, description, owners, or other settings. Any Tenant Administrator or faxbox owner can update a faxbox.

Go to Settings, and click the Faxboxes tab.
→ The Faxbox screen is displayed and lists your available faxboxes.

Click Edit at the end of the faxbox listing you want to update.
→ The Edit faxbox screen is displayed.

On the Edit faxbox screen, find the details you want to change.
The fields available in Edit faxbox are the same as those used when creating a faxbox. For a description of each field, see Create a new faxbox. -
Modify the necessary fields.

At the top of the Edit faxbox screen, click Update.
→ The Faxbox updated message is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
→ The updated information is saved, and you are returned to the Faxbox configuration page.
📌 Faxbox update notifications
When changes are saved, all current faxbox owners receive an email notification summarizing what changed. Multiple changes made in one action are combined into a single email. The notification includes the faxbox name, what was changed, who made the change, and the timestamp.
Faxbox owners can manage these notifications in the My Profile section. For details, see Email notifications.
