Update a faxbox

Any administrator or user with access to the faxbox can update it by accessing the faxbox settings. You can modify details such as the faxbox name, description, owner, fax numbers, folders, cover page templates, user groups, and users.

  1. Click the Settings icon on the main Enterprise Fax Portal page.

  2. Click the Faxboxes tab.
    → The Faxbox screen is displayed, listing your available faxboxes.

  1. Click Edit--> at the end of the faxbox listing that needs updating.
    → The Edit faxbox screen is displayed and allows you to update the required faxbox details.

  1. To update any of the fax details on the Edit faxbox screen:

    1. Scroll through the Edit faxbox screen to locate the details you want to change.

    2. Modify the necessary fields.

  2. Scroll to the top of the Edit faxbox screen, and click the Update button.
    → The Faxbox updated message is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
    → The updated information is saved, and you are returned to the Faxbox configuration page.
