Setting up and managing faxboxes
Administrators assigned to a tenant have access to create, update, and delete faxboxes.
A "faxbox," similar to a shared or group mailbox, is a centralized hub where individual users or groups receive, send, organize, and manage fax messages.
Fax numbers and users are assigned to work in faxboxes.
Typically, faxboxes are created when a team needs to collaborate on inbound faxes and manage their workflow.
By default, a newly created faxbox contains an inbound, outbound, and trash folder.
Administrators with access to the faxbox can create additional folders and subfolders to enhance efficiency and organization.
