Objective
The Professional Services Subscription Package provides customers with a fixed, predictable monthly contingent of Retarus Professional Services resources — available on a subscription basis with defined capacity and simplified engagement handling.
The subscription is intended for customers with:

ongoing optimization or configuration requirements with predictable monthly demand

recurring integration or operational activities requiring regular PS involvement
-
continuous need for technical or organizational guidance
-
preference for fixed budget planning and guaranteed resource availability
The service enables continuous collaboration with Retarus Professional Services without requiring separate engagements for recurring smaller activities.
Typical Customer Scenarios
The service is particularly suitable for customers with:

active production environments with regular configuration, routing, or integration adjustments
-
ongoing rollout or expansion activities requiring continuous PS support
-
recurring workshop or consulting needs that do not justify individual project engagements
-
preference for fixed monthly PS availability and simplified procurement handling
-
established Retarus environments where continuous optimization is part of operations
Scope of Services
The monthly contingent can be used flexibly for Professional Services activities, including:

configuration adjustments and extensions of existing setups
-
integration assistance and routing or process adjustments
-
workshops and consulting sessions
-
technical coordination and architecture consulting
-
best-practice guidance and optimization analysis
-
rollout support and hypercare assistance
-
documentation updates and operational guidance
Services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed. On-site delivery is available and subject to separate agreement on travel costs.
Subscription Model
The customer subscribes to a fixed monthly contingent of Professional Services person days.

The subscribed contingent is charged in full each month, independent of actual consumption. Unused capacity does not carry forward automatically. A one-time transfer to the following month is possible if requested with a minimum of six weeks advance notice. No further transfer or accumulation applies.

managed services or 24x7 operational support

legal or regulatory consulting
Activities exceeding the subscribed contingent or approaching project scale will be flagged proactively and handled via a separate engagement or additional contingent.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:

designating a primary contact for subscription coordination and request submission
-
submitting service requests with sufficient lead time (minimum five business days)
-
providing relevant technical context and contacts for each request
-
requesting contingent carry-forward in writing with a minimum of six weeks advance notice
