Prerequisites Italy

Prerequisites

  • Availability of PEC (Posta Elettronica Certificata) mailbox (Is likely to already exist). Also sometimes referred to as CEM (Certified Electronic Mail) mailbox.

  • Legal certificate to be able to enable digital services (Is likely to already exist)

  • Registration of a SFTP channel at FatturaPA portal

Registration Process

FatturaPA portal: https://www.fatturapa.gov.it/en/index.html

Choose "Register the channel".

On the new Page choose "SDIFTP" in the left menu.

Fill out the form with the mandatory information and press continue.

On the next page please enter the URL provided by Retarus (Please note: not equal to the screenshot!)

Generate the request. A file "richiestaAccreditamento.zip.p7m" will be sent to the previously defined CEM mailbox.

Please provide your Retarus Implementation Engineer with the newly generated "richiestaAccreditamento.zip.p7m" file. It only gives access to adjust the SFTP channel parameters and the activation process (nothing else).

Provided with it Retarus can activate the channel without any further (active) support of the customer
