The complaints are returned in an automated process. Retarus extracts the complaint information and returns it by email to your Reply-To address. After successful transmission, all related information is deleted and not archived (GDPR compliant).
If you receive a notification, action is needed in order not to endanger your reputation with the respective Internet Service Provider.
