Reporting in Email-to-Fax

Once Retarus Email-to-Fax has successfully sent your fax, you will receive a detailed report with all relevant information about the transmission.

Details of any delivery errors are given in the Reason column (see Transmission status codes - Outbound Fax for the description of all transmission statuses). You can use the report to measure the success of your completed messaging tasks, correct address errors, and resend them in a subsequent delivery.

You can choose to receive reports in either text or HTML format (including comments). Here is a sample report:

Reporting in the EAS portal

You can track and analyze data about your fax transmissions using the Media Statistics, Fax Outbound Monitoring, and Fax Outbound Reporting features in the EAS portal. See Reporting for more details.

In addition, you will receive a report at the end of each month that provides a wealth of information about your fax transmissions at various levels of detail. The current monthly and archived reports can also be accessed directly from the EAS portal.
