Administration Portal (myEAS)
The new administration console for Transactional Email, available in myEAS, allows you to manage your Technical Account configurations independently. You can now read, update, delete, and create your setup without the need to raise a Service Request. This portal provides a clear overview of your Technical Accounts and Sender Domains.
📌 Gradual rollout
The full configuration capabilities will be released in phases throughout the year. Initially, the Technical Accounts list and Basic Parameters are available to facilitate quick setup and provisioning.
Access Privileges
By default, all myEAS users with the “Customer Admin” role can view the Administration section in the left navigation panel.
A “Customer Admin” can grant additional privileges to the “Customer Staff” user role via the User Management section in the classic EAS administration portal. To do this, simply select “Yes” for the “Access to Technical Accounts configuration” setting.
