The Faxbox configuration settings let tenant administrators manage faxboxes in the Retarus Fax Portal. From this area, administrators can create faxboxes, update existing faxboxes, and delete faxboxes. For step-by-step procedures, see:

Access faxbox configuration options
To open the faxbox management area:

Click the Settings icon on the main Retarus Fax Portal page.
→ The User window opens. -
In the left navigation, click Faxboxes.
→ The Faxboxes window opens and displays the list of available faxboxes.
From this page, you can:

Click Create faxbox to create a new faxbox.

Click Edit for an existing faxbox to update its settings.
Access the delete option
To delete a faxbox:

In the Faxboxes list, click Edit for the faxbox you want to delete.
→ The Edit faxbox window opens. -
Scroll to the bottom of the Edit faxbox window.
→ The red Delete faxbox button appears at the bottom of the page.
A warning message appears directly above the button to indicate that all data, faxes, and folders in the faxbox will be permanently deleted.

Deleting a faxbox permanently removes all data, folders, subfolders, and faxes associated with that faxbox.
