Day Rate

Professional Services are priced on a per-day basis. One Professional Services Day (PT) equals 8 hours of consultancy work. Partial days are not available as standalone units unless specified within a defined service package.

Project Management Surcharge

Engagements that include dedicated project management – coordination, status tracking, stakeholder communication, and escalation management – carry a surcharge of 20% applied to the underlying Professional Services effort. Where project management is included in a service package, it is reflected in the total package scope and price.

Advisory & Assessment engagements below a defined effort threshold typically do not carry a PM surcharge. This is specified per package.

Advisory & Assessment Package

Fixed scope, fixed price. Structured analysis of a defined topic area. No implementation included unless explicitly stated.

Billing – Variable Engagements

For all non-fixed engagements – including Professional Services Contingents and time-and-material arrangements – billing is based on actual consumption and issued monthly in arrears. Consumed days are documented and reported to the customer at the end of each billing period.

Relationship Between Assessment and Implementation

Advisory engagements are standalone by design. They do not automatically commit the customer to a follow-on implementation. Where a defined implementation package exists that builds on the assessment output, this is referenced in the package description.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Fixed Scope engagements cancelled or rescheduled by the customer with less than 10 business days' notice will be invoiced at 50% of the agreed value. Rescheduling is subject to resource availability.

Consumed effort up to the termination date is invoiced in full. Specific terms for Professional Services Contingents are described in the packages.
