Advisory & Assessment Track
Used for: Pre-Analysis Workshops, Readiness Assessments, Discovery Workshops, PoC Evaluations, Gap Analyses.

Objectives, input materials, access requirements, and success criteria are agreed before work begins. |

Analysis & Evaluation |
Retarus examines the relevant environment, data, processes, or architecture. Customer provides input, documentation, and context. |

Findings & Recommendations |
Results are consolidated into a structured deliverable – report, assessment, or decision template. Open questions are reviewed jointly. |

Handover |
Deliverable is formally handed over. Next steps and follow-on options are discussed but not automatically part of scope. |
Implementation Track
Used for: Integration Projects, Migration Packages, Configuration Engagements, Go-Live Support.

Discovery & Scoping |
Clarification of objectives, technical environment, constraints, and risks. Scope and deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins. |

Solution Design |
Architecture, integration approach, configuration logic, and test strategy are defined. |

Customer Readiness |
Prerequisites on the customer side are validated: access, credentials, infrastructure, master data, registrations. |

Implementation & Configuration |
Retarus configures and activates the agreed solution components. |

Testing & Validation |
Functional testing against agreed success criteria. Issues are documented and resolved before go-live. |

Go-Live & Hypercare |
Transition to productive operation. Hypercare support available as optional extension. |
Roles
Retarus assigns a named Professional Services Consultant responsible for delivery. For engagements exceeding a defined complexity threshold, a Project Manager is additionally assigned.
The customer is expected to provide a named project contact with decision-making authority, available for scheduled touchpoints and reviews throughout the engagement.
Delivery Format
Engagements are delivered remotely unless on-site presence is explicitly agreed. On-site delivery is available and quoted separately.
