Retarus Professional Services provides structured, expertise-led engagements that help organizations assess, deploy, integrate, optimize, and operate Retarus solutions effectively.
Engagements fall into two fundamental categories:
Advisory & Assessment Engagements help organizations understand their current state, evaluate options, and make informed decisions – before committing to implementation. Deliverables are analytical in nature: reports, gap analyses, readiness assessments, or architecture recommendations.
Implementation Engagements translate agreed designs into configured, tested, and operational solutions. Deliverables are functional: a working integration, a migrated environment, an activated service.
Both categories are outcome-oriented and scope-defined. The difference lies in what the outcome is – a decision basis or a deployed solution.
Professional Services are distinct from:

Product Support – Support addresses incidents, errors, and malfunctions within the Retarus platform. Professional Services address analysis, design, configuration, integration, and enablement work.

Product Functionality – Capabilities included in your Retarus subscription are not part of Professional Services scope.

Customer-owned Operations – Responsibilities within the customer's infrastructure, internal processes, or third-party systems remain with the customer unless explicitly included in a signed engagement.
