Managing users and permissions

About roles and permissions

  • The three roles assigned when creating user profiles are: Tenant admin, Address book admin, and User.

  • The role of faxbox owner is assigned when creating faxboxes.

  • Please see the table below for an explanation of permissions assigned to each role.

Tenant admins and Faxbox owners must be added as users to a faxbox to send and receive faxes from it.
