Fax numbers and users are assigned to work in faxboxes.
By default, a newly created faxbox contains an inbound, outbound, and trash folder.

How do I update a faxbox?
Only admins with access to the faxbox can make changes to and update faxboxes.
The Update → faxbox option is used to update or make changes to an existing faxbox.
The following faxbox details can be updated by admins assigned to the faxbox: faxbox name, faxbox description, faxbox owner, fax numbers, folders, user groups, and users.

How do I add fax numbers to a faxbox?
Administrators have the required access to add, delete, and update fax numbers.
A faxbox must be assigned an inbound fax number first, in order to receive faxes.
Adding new inbound fax numbers to a faxbox may be necessary when a new employee, department, or process is introduced.
