How do I create a faxbox?

Only administrators assigned to a tenant have access to create faxboxes.

  • Fax numbers and users are assigned to work in faxboxes.

  • By default, a newly created faxbox contains an inbound, outbound, and trash folder.

How do I update a faxbox?

Only admins with access to the faxbox can make changes to and update faxboxes.

Administrators have the required access to add, delete, and update fax numbers.

Can I add folders and subfolders to my faxbox?

Yes, admins with access to the faxbox can add folders and subfolders.

How do I assign users to a faxbox?

Only admins with access to the faxbox can add users.

Can a supervisor/team lead/department lead be granted administrative access to a faxbox?

Yes, an admin with access to the faxboxes in your tenant can grant admin access to a supervisor, team lead, or department lead.

Is it possible to grant read-write-only access to faxbox users?

No, it is not currently possible to grant read/write-only access to faxbox users. Users assigned to a faxbox can:

  • View inbound and outbound faxes

  • Send outbound faxes

  • Move faxes to a different faxbox

  • Delete faxes
