Work with reporting views
Enterprise SMS Reporting supports multiple view types to help you access, customize, and analyze your SMS data efficiently. Views control which columns are visible, how data is displayed, and which filters are applied by default.
The following view types are available for both Inbound and Outbound reporting:
Basic View
Default view available to all users. Displays standard SMS data columns.Custom Views
Saved configurations with user-defined columns and filters. Allow quick restoration of personalized report layouts.
Each view type provides a different level of flexibility for working with your report data, but both offer the same easy-to-use interface.
