Customer & Retarus

Discuss recommended preliminary considerations / implementation scenario. Customer will receive Retarus Administration Form.

Customer

Fill out Retarus Administration Form.

Retarus

CuNo, accounts and/or domains will be configured. Sender addresses and webservice receiving status notifications will be tested (if defaults given). IP addresses will be registered for CSA. Created account / domain will be locked. Retarus returns the Retarus Administration Feedback Form.

Customer

Extend DNS records (SPF, DKIM). Add confirmation that all changes have been made to support ticket.

Retarus

Perform standard test process incl. DNS validation of SPF, DKIM, MX and A records of all sending domains. Account will be unlocked. Send email confirmation that setup is ready for UAT.

Customer

Perform UAT and send email confirming that service setup has been accepted and is up and running. Onboarding process finished.
