Copy support information

  • For troubleshooting, you can use the "Copy Support Information" option in the More Actions menu to copy the job ID of the fax currently being previewed.

  • If you experience issues sending or receiving faxes, you may need to work with your organization's Enterprise Fax Portal Administrator for assistance and resolution. Your administrator may ask you to copy the current version of the application.

  • Users can access the “Copy Support Information” option on the More Actions menu while previewing a fax.

  • When you copy the support information, the fax job ID of the previewed fax is saved to the clipboard.

  1. Click to select a fax message in the current folder to preview it.

  2. Click the More actions menu icon (image-20250317-165333.png ).
    → The More actions menu pops up.

  3. Click to select the Copy Support Information option from the dropdown list.
    → The “Support information copied to clipboard” message displays at the bottom middle of the screen in a black box.
