If you are troubleshooting fax sending or receiving issues, your administrator may ask you for the current version of the Retarus Enterprise Fax Portal application.
To find this information, open the About window from the Information menu.

Click the Information icon in the top-right corner of the main page.
→ The Information menu opens.

Click About.
→ The About Retarus window opens.
The About window provides general product and company information, including the current application version.
