Open the Help documentation

Users can easily access the Retarus Enterprise Fax Portal documentation by navigating to the Help documentation option under the Information icon ( ) on the Retarus Enterprise Fax Portal main page.

View Help Documentation for the Enterprise Fax Portal

1. Click the Information ( ) icon in the top right corner of the screen.
   → The Information menu opens.

2. Click to select the Help documentation option.
   → The Enterprise Fax Portal documentation menu window opens in the Retarus Product Documentation Center.
   → From the Enterprise Fax Portal documentation menu page, you can navigate to any of the following Fax Portal subjects:

• Getting started with the Retarus Enterprise Fax Portal

• Setting up and managing faxboxes

• Managing folders

• Managing fax numbers
