Open the Help documentation

Users can easily access the Retarus Enterprise Fax Portal documentation by navigating to the Help documentation option under the Information icon () on the Retarus Enterprise Fax Portal main page.

View Help Documentation for the Enterprise Fax Portal

1. Click the Information () icon in the top right corner of the screen.
   → The Information menu opens.

2. Click to select the Help documentation option.
   → The Enterprise Fax Portal documentation menu window opens in the Retarus Product Documentation Center.
   → From the Enterprise Fax Portal documentation menu page, you can navigate to any of the following Fax Portal subjects:

• Getting started with the Retarus Enterprise Fax Portal

• Setting up and managing faxboxes

• Managing folders

• Managing fax numbers
