Sign out of the Enterprise Fax Portal

You should sign out of the Retarus Enterprise Fax Portal when you finish using the portal.

  1. In the top-right corner of the main Fax Portal screen, click the drop-down arrow next to your initials.

  1. Select Sign out.
    → The Welcome screen is displayed.

📌 Session timeout
Your session stays active while you use the portal within a 60‑minute period. If you do not interact with the portal for 60 minutes, the system automatically signs you out. You must then sign in again to continue your work.
