Supported character sets

Retarus Fax-for-Applications currently supports the following character sets:

• ISO-8859-1

• US-ASCII

• UTF-8

• UTF-16

• UTF-16BE

• UTF-16LE

• Windows-1252

This is also the way they should be passed to the functions requiring them.
