However, the status of any faxes you send can be viewed anytime in the “Outbound” folder. The different stages of the fax transmission are viewable under the “Status” column in the “Outbound” folder.
If the fax is still transmitting, the status displays as “sending.”
If the fax transmission is completed successfully the sent icon (
) displays.
In the rare instance that a transmission error occurs the undelivered icon (
) displays.

You can view the status of the faxes you sent in the Outbound folder. For any faxes that were not successfully delivered due to a transmission error, you will see an undelivered status and icon under the status column.

No, currently faxes cannot be forwarded to an email address.
The activity log records the first time a user accesses a fax item to keep access tracking clear and manageable.
Subsequent accesses by the same user are not logged unless one of the following conditions applies:
The user marks the fax as unread/read and then accesses it again.
A different user accesses the same fax item.
