Knowing which faxes are in use helps you identify messages another user is currently working on in a shared faxbox. When a fax is in use, an avatar with the user’s initials appears next to the page count in the fax list and in the fax preview. Point to the avatar to view the user’s name.
When an avatar appears at the end of a fax message, next to the number of fax pages, another user currently has that fax open. The same avatar also appears in the fax preview while that fax is in use.
📌 If multiple users work on the same fax at the same time, the actions of the user who opened the fax first take priority over actions taken by other users.
